About the Role
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, acting as the first point of contact for a government agency. You'll handle a variety of customer enquiries, delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced environment. Shifts rotate weekly, including early, mid-morning, and late starts.
Training & Support
Virtual training will prepare you for success, followed by on-site guidance from experienced colleagues and managers.
What We're Looking For
* 2–3 years' customer service experience (call centre, admin, retail)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Previous government experience is a plus but not required
* Comfortable in an office environment
* Intermediate computer skills, confident with Microsoft Outlook and Teams
* Strong email etiquette and ability to quickly learn new systems
