As a Risk Manager in our Customer & Brand team, you’ll support the Business Manager in delivering key Line 1 risk activities, including risk assessments, incident management and reporting. You'll help drive compliance with the Financial Accountability Regime (FAR) and champion a robust, proactive approach to risk across the business. 
In This Role You Will: 
- Support the management of incidents, breaches, issues, and actions across Customer & Brand. 
- Collaborate with control owners to develop and execute the annual Controls Assessment Plan for Customer & Brand. 
- Lead the annual Risk and Controls Self-Assessment across the business unit. 
- Prepare regular risk-related reports for the Leadership Team, Executive Team, and Board. 
- Assist the Customer & Brand Business Manager in implementing the Financial Accountability Regime (FAR) requirements across the business unit. 
- Lead uplift activities required for CPS230. 
- Ensure ongoing compliance with risk management policies and procedures, including Data, Records, and Third-Party Risk Management. 
- Lead business resilience related activities for Customer & Brand.
