About the Role
This full-time, permanent position is based in Hobart, TAS, and involves working with the AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team to deliver quality workmanship that returns vehicles to their pre-accident condition. The role requires an experienced and qualified Auto Electrician.
Key Responsibilities
Perform inspections and complete damage reports as per company procedures.
Carry out mechanic diagnosis, repair, and replacements as required.
Repair and refurbish recycled parts to required quality standards.
Ensure that no vehicle or component is refitted or supplied if it is not safe.
Carry out minor or small repairs as per Job Sheet upon request.
Notate broken parts or extra repairs and submit to the estimator as necessary.
Handle all vehicles with due care and attention.
Ensure work complies with AMA's QA standards and sign the QA Sheet to confirm the work meets AMA standards.
Compensation & Benefits
Junior-Mid experienced tradesperson: $60,000 – $80,000 per annum.
Mid-Senior tradesperson: $80,000 – $100,000 per annum.
Annual salary with the opportunity to earn a production bonus.
