Lab3 is one of the largest Azure engineering practices in the Australasia region, focusing on Cloud & DevOps, Data, IoT & AI, Modern Workplace, Modern Apps & Integration, Security, and Network services.
We have a new opportunity for a Client Executive role that involves developing new client relationships as well as maximizing the potential of existing client accounts. The role is fast-paced and requires a self-motivated, relentless sales hunter with a proven track record of smashing sales targets and building productive relationships with C-Level clients.
The Role

Develop deep and enduring partnerships with new and existing clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, understand and support your clients’ immediate and long-term goals.
Fully understand client needs by being curious, asking insightful questions, and collaborating with technical teams to craft impactful solutions.
Leverage your experience in solution selling to create compelling value propositions that resonate with client needs and strategic objectives.
Lead impactful, consultative discussions that position LAB3 as not only a service provider but also a strategic partner and thought leader in business transformation.
Collaborate with key technology partners, including Microsoft and other vendors, to identify and cultivate new client opportunities.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to introduce innovative solutions that meet evolving client needs and stay competitive.
Drive sales initiatives focused on sustainable growth, strategically expanding LAB3's footprint in key accounts.

The Ideal Candidate

Experienced sales professional with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Skilled at building and maintaining relationships at senior, director, and C-suite levels.
Technically curious about industry trends, with the ability to understand business transformation needs.
Able to identify client issues, communicate our value proposition effectively, capture requirements, problem-solve, and present products and services.
Possesses a technical foundation and can develop technology transformation roadmaps with internal/external teams.
Experience selling technology solutions, preferably within the Azure & Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Based in Melbourne or Sydney, with the ability to spend substantial face-to-face time with clients and prospects.
