This Identified Senior Clinician role provides culturally grounded psychology, social work or occupational therapy services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander consumers experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns. You will support multidisciplinary care, strengthen cultural safety, and enhance social and emotional wellbeing outcomes across Redcliffe and Caboolture.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver culturally informed assessment, formulation and evidence-based interventions for complex alcohol, drug and mental health presentations.
* Provide cultural consultation, clinical advice and leadership to the multidisciplinary team.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and partner services.
* Lead and contribute to culturally safe service improvement, guidelines and quality initiatives.
* Provide supervision, education and support to less experienced clinicians and students.
