About You
You're a caring, collaborative physio who’s motivated by genuinely helping people. Whether you're early in your neuro journey or have years of experience, what matters most is that you:
* Build strong therapeutic relationships and communicate with empathy and respect
* Communicate clearly and thoughtfully
* Appreciate the flexibility and diversity of community work
* Thrive in a team that values trust, integrity and kindness
* Want to do meaningful work in an environment that supports you
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a small, values-led team with a strong focus on neurological physiotherapy. You'll work both in our Buderim clinic — home to a well-equipped purpose-built neuro gym — and out in the community across the Sunshine Coast, from Noosa to North Brisbane.
You’ll manage a sustainable caseload that gives you time to reflect, build strong relationships, and provide high-quality care. You'll have the autonomy to shape your day, with experienced support when you need it.
Why join us?
At Sunshine Coast Neuro Rehab, we’re more than a workplace — we’re a team that genuinely cares. Guided by our core values of caring, collaborative, comprehensive, and community, we:
* Care deeply about our clients and each other
* Collaborate across disciplines and support networks
* Deliver comprehensive, thoughtful neurological care
* Give back to our profession and our community
We’re proud to have been finalists for Allied Health Team of the Year (Adult Services) at the Allied Health Awards for the past two years — a reflection of our commitment to client care, growth and team culture.
