Able Foods
supports Australians with disability by delivering nutritious, tailored meals that help remove barriers and support independence, choice and dignity. The brand combines strong nutritional foundations with deep expertise in NDIS processes to make healthy eating delicious, easier and more accessible.

Tender Loving Cuisine (TLC)
specialises in home-style comfort meals for older Australians. With over 30 years of experience, TLC is trusted for familiar, nourishing food delivered with kindness, reliability and personal service, supported by strong knowledge of Support at Home and aged care systems.

Across both brands, food plays a central role in enabling healthier, happier and more independent lives. Meals are designed to meet nutrition guidelines without compromising on taste, and services are delivered by teams who understand the realities of the aged care and disability sectors.

The Role

We are looking for a capable and detail-driven Marketing Co-ordinator to support two purpose-led Australian brands, Able Foods and Tender Loving Cuisine (TLC).

This role has a strong focus on communications, brand consistency, and customer journey marketing. You will play a hands-on role in making sure everything we say, write, and deliver is clear, accurate, and on brand, across digital, print, and customer touchpoints.

You will work closely with our Customer Service and Customer Experience teams, supporting lead generation, customer nurturing, promotions, and the day-to-day execution of marketing activity.

Key Responsibilities

Brand, communications and content

· Design, develop, and maintain sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, leaflets, welcome packs, presentations, and promotional materials

· Ensure all customer and stakeholder communications are aligned to brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks for Able and TLC

· Support brand storytelling through case studies, awards submissions, and content development

· Act as a brand guardian, identifying and correcting inconsistent or off-brand communications

Customer engagement and CRM

· Support customer engagement across the full journey, including onboarding, nurture, retention, and re-engagement

· Manage and support customer communications including newsletters, SMS, and automated journeys

· Work with CRM and marketing automation platforms (including Salesforce and Pendula) to support customer journeys and maintain data accuracy

· Support the development and distribution of customer welcome packs and onboarding communications

Campaign co-ordination and project management

· Co-ordinate marketing campaigns across digital, print, and customer channels

· Manage timelines, briefs, approvals, and delivery of campaign assets

· Support lead generation campaigns and promotional activity

Digital, assets and systems

· Maintain and update website content across Able and TLC

· Manage brand assets, templates, photography, and image libraries to ensure version control and accessibility

· Ensure marketing systems, content, and assets are kept up to date and compliant

Events and business development support

· Support event planning and delivery to assist business development and referral activity

· Co-ordinate event materials, logistics, and follow-up communications

Cross-functional collaboration

· Act as the primary marketing point of contact for CE and CS teams

· Support queries, briefing, and coordination of communications and collateral

· Translate customer feedback and operational insights into clear communications and improvements

About You

Desirable skills & attributes

* Experience in a marketing or communications co-ordinator role
* Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
* Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Pendula, or similar
* Practical experience updating websites using WordPress or a similar CMS
* Strong organisational and project co-ordination skills
* Comfortable working across multiple brands and stakeholder groups
* Experience in healthcare, disability, aged care, or other service-led or regulated environments is desirable but not essential.
