Male NDIS Psychosocial Recovery Coach/Support Coordinator4 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsAbout YouTo be considered for this role, you will need to have;About YouTo be considered for this role, you will need to have;Qualifications And CertificatesMinimum Cert IV in Mental Health (or equivalent) OR 2+ years of experience supporting people with mental health distress.Current National Police Clearance Certificate (no older than six months)A valid First Aid and CPR Certificate (HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid, HLTAID010 Provide Basic Emergency Life Support, HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)A current working with Children CheckA current NDIS Worker Screening CheckA valid Driver’s licenceSkills And ExperienceStrong understanding of NDIS legislation, guidelines, and policies.Experience providing Support Coordination and working towards targets/KPIs.Knowledge of psychosocial recovery principles within a human services context.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.DesirableLived experience of mental health recovery or as family members of people with a lived experience of recovery is desirableAttitudePositive attitude towards people experiencing mental distress.The ability to live RW values in all workplace tasks and interactions.Pro-active individual who is enthusiastic and committed to upholding RW values and principlesThis role is full-time working Monday to Friday, and based out of Cannington.Gender Specific RolePlease note: The genuine requirement for a Male NDIS Psychosocial Recovery Coach and Support Coordinator for this position is defined under Section 27(1&2) of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984.About UsRichmind WA is a leading West Australian mental health organisation, providing inclusive, community-based residential and outreach services for adults and young people.
