About the Role Healthcare Australia (HCA) is hiring experienced Disability Support Workers for ongoing agency shifts across the Sunshine Coast . Work across Supported Independent Living (SIL) and community care , supporting participants with complex needs to live independently, safely and with choice. Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred support in SIL and community settings Assist with personal care, mobility and daily living Support participants with complex behaviours and health needs Promote independence, safety and quality of life About You Experienced Disability Support Worker (SIL/community) Confident supporting complex participants Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, adaptable and flexible with shifts Essential Requirements Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support or equivalent Minimum 6 months full-time experience in disability support Experience with: Challenging behaviours (medium–high) Manual handling High personal care Dysphagia management Current Police Check & NDIS Worker Screening Current First Aid (within 3 years) Driver’s licence willingness to transport participants Minimum 3 COVID vaccinations Full Australian working rights Why Join Healthcare Australia?
