Genus is seeking a motivated and reliable Site Support Attendant to support two Rio Tinto projects in the Pilbara. This is a hands‑on FIFO role where you will travel between sites, working closely with Site Supervisors and project teams to ensure day‑to‑day site operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping sites organised, and is willing to support wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain cleanliness of site offices and ablution facilities across both projects
* Assist with the coordination and receipt of site deliveries and materials
* Ensure work areas remain clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
* Provide relief administrative support when required
* Liaise with contractors and internal team members
* Collect and distribute tools, materials, and PPE
* Undertake general labouring duties as required
Skills & Qualifications
* Previous FIFO experience within the construction or resources sector (preferred)
* Strong work ethic with a positive, can‑do attitude
* Sound understanding of site safety procedures
* Previous bus driving experience
* Construction Industry White Card (essential)
* Intermediate computer skills, including PC, printer, scanner, and internet use
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
