Job Summary
The Platform Engineer creates and manages scalable, reliable, secure platforms enabling software development and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement scalable, secure platforms.
* Develop IaC solutions using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation.
* Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
* Manage cloud-based and on-prem infrastructure.
* Monitor and optimize platform performance.
* Implement containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
* Automate repetitive tasks and workflows.
* Ensure security best practices and compliance.
* Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues.
* Stay current on emerging technologies and evaluate new tools.
Required Skills
* Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Infrastructure-as-code tools.
* Containerization and orchestration.
* CI/CD tools.
* Monitoring and logging.
* Scripting languages.
* Problem solving and analytical skills.
* Communication and collaboration.
* Fast‑paced environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Relevant certifications (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes).

Additional Requirements
Australian Citizens with NV1 clearance. Must work onsite 5 days a week.
