As the Assistant Director at Goodstart you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. You will need: • Diploma Or Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved) Only • Current VIC Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification • Holds a current Police Check or is willing to obtain one upon request • Substantial experience as a Senior Educator or in a similar role • Great communication Skills with team and families • Has great experience with Programming Curriculum and is able to support the team with environments and programming • Has great knowledge of the EYLF and VEYLDF and NQS • Strong personality and can handle pressure How to apply Click ‘Apply Now’ and submit your application.
