The purpose of CoE teams is to perform risk management activities to support the Retail Bank deliver customer outcomes safely and identify / protect RBS from risk events that may have customer or regulatory impact.Your Impact:The Controls Assurance Analyst is responsible for following best practice to conduct Design and Operating Effectiveness Testing for Key (Manual & IT Dependent) Business controls. They achieve this through:Assist with testing requirements outlined in the RBS Controls Assurance CAP Schedule;Reporting of Controls Assurance Outcomes to key business stakeholders including Business / Process Owners and Chapter Leads;Support the CoE Controls Team in driving continual improvement and best practice approaches to Controls Assurance.Your responsibilities will include:Adhere to the Code of Conduct.
