We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
* Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications (Windows/macOS/Linux)
* Respond to support tickets and log all activity in the helpdesk system
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets in Active Directory
* Maintain asset inventory and perform routine system checks
* Assist with onboarding/offboarding of users and provisioning of equipment
* Liaise with vendors and escalate issues when needed
* Maintain documentation of procedures and configurations
