Role overview
A full‑time, hands‑on position in a single family office responsible for the principal's and close family members' health, fitness, tennis and overall lifestyle, while also providing day‑to‑day concierge and household support. The role combines personal training/tennis coaching with practical support such as driving, errands, basic maintenance coordination and general household problem‑solving.
Key responsibilities
Health, fitness and tennis
• Design and oversee personalised fitness programs for the principal and family (strength, mobility, conditioning, recovery).
• Plan and run tennis sessions (drills, hitting practice, match play, coordination with external coaches or sparring partners when needed).
• Monitor progress against health and performance goals; track metrics, adjust programs, and provide regular updates.
• Coordinate with external professionals (doctors, physios, dietitians, tennis coaches) and implement their recommendations.
• Organise training schedules around travel, business commitments and school holidays.
Nutrition and lifestyle
• Plan and coordinate healthy meal plans aligned with family preferences, goals and any medical requirements.
• Source and purchase high‑quality groceries and supplements; manage pantry and fridge so healthy options are always available.
• Work with private chefs or catering services where applicable, ensuring menus match agreed nutrition plans.
• Support healthy routines (sleep, hydration, stress management, step count/activity levels).
Concierge and household support
• Act as a trusted point‑of‑contact for day‑to‑day personal and household requests from the principal and immediate family.
• Drive family members as required (meetings, school runs, airport transfers, social events), including occasional after‑hours or weekend trips.
• Manage vehicle logistics: schedule servicing and detailing, registration checks, tyre changes, and ensure cars are fuelled/charged and ready.
• Handle errands such as pharmacy runs, dry cleaning, mail/parcel management, gift purchasing and basic shopping.
• Identify and coordinate solutions for household issues (broken appliances, handyman work, trades, deliveries), following up until resolved.
Logistics and travel
• Prepare packing lists and ensure health/fitness items (supplements, racquets, gear, training equipment) are ready for travel.
• Research and book tennis courts, gyms and wellness services at travel destinations.
• Liaise with travel staff/agents to align training and recovery plans with itineraries.
Administration and family‑office alignment
• Maintain simple logs of health/fitness activities, appointments and key outcomes.
• Manage a basic budget for health, fitness and wellness expenses, providing receipts and summaries as required.
• Respect and protect family privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Adapt to evolving needs of the family and support occasional special projects or events.
Skills and qualifications
• Strong background in fitness and/or tennis: e.g., certified personal trainer, strength & conditioning coach, tennis coach, or high‑level competitive playing experience.
• Demonstrated interest in health, wellness, nutrition and recovery practices.
• Excellent driving record and comfort handling high‑value vehicles.
• High level of discretion, professionalism and service mentality; prior experience in UHNW households, private families, or luxury hospitality ideal.
• Practical, "hands‑on" mindset: willing to run errands, move equipment, help with small household fixes and coordinate trades.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple requests and adjust to changing schedules.
• Good communication skills and a calm, positive demeanour.
