We are seeking a Fund Finance Manager to join a high-performing investment management platform. This role offers a unique blend of financial control and fund operations, with end-to-end responsibility for assigned investment vehicles.
You will act as a key point of contact across finance, investment, and external stakeholders, while driving the financial and operational performance of the funds.
The position provides strong exposure to senior leadership and a clear pathway for career progression within a growing platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee end-to-end financial reporting for investment vehicles, including preparation and review of financial statements and investor reporting
* Manage relationships with external service providers (e.g. fund administrators, auditors) to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
* Maintain fund ledgers and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards
* Support audit processes and coordinate year-end financial reporting requirements
* Monitor fund cashflows, including capital calls, distributions, and liquidity management
* Prepare and review drawdown requests and financing-related reporting
* Assist with lender reporting, covenant compliance, and funding obligations
* Partner with investment teams to support financial modelling, budgeting, and performance analysis
* Support tax reporting and compliance obligations across fund structures
* Coordinate with external advisors on tax and regulatory requirements
* Contribute to investor reporting, including tax statements and distribution summaries
Key Requirements
* Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CA / CPA or equivalent)
* Experience in fund finance, financial control, or professional services
* Exposure to investment management, private markets, or real assets preferred
* Strong financial reporting and analytical capabilities
* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment
