We are seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships based in Brisbane, to lead high-level stakeholder engagement, drive growth, and strengthen HealthX`s position as the trusted partner for sustainable workforce solutions in aged care, hospitals, and primary health.
In this role, you will:
· Build and grow strategic partnerships with Boards, CEOs, and peak bodies.
· Translate policy and regulatory change (including the current Aged Care Act) into commercial opportunities.
· Lead commercial negotiations and design compliance-aligned workforce solutions.
· Drive revenue growth across permanent, PALM, and secondment workforce models.
· Represent HealthX in industry forums, consultations, and advocacy discussions.
We’re looking for someone who:
· Has proven success influencing at executive and Board level.
· Brings deep knowledge of healthcare/aged care, healthcare workforce challenges, and regulatory frameworks.
· Is commercially astute with experience in bids, tenders, and strategic account growth.
· Communicates with impact, negotiates with confidence, and thrives in complex environments.
