One Agency Goulburn is seeking a career minded person with a passion for Real Estate to join their vibrant team in Property Management.
Applicants can be experienced in this or a similar field and training will be provided to help you achieve your goals.
We're looking for someone who is passionate, goal oriented, committed to deliver exceptional customer service and will be responsible for:
Liaising with landlords and tenants
Attending to routine and emergency property maintenance as required
Performing routine/periodic inspections according to legislation and providing reports to landlords
Assisting tenants to secure their new rental property
Organising new and vacating tenancies.
Compliance checks
Data entry and maintenance of the property management software systems
Skills and experience:
Real Estate NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence or willing to study to obtain
Current driver's licence
Excellent communication skills
Confidence to liaise with all parties in the property management process
The ability to prioritise work and meet multiple deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, in providing support to other members of the property management team
Efficient and accurate data entry skills
The position is a full time role.
