The Opportunity:
With decades of experience and expertise, EIP Power Solutions is a well-established provider of power solutions products to a diverse range of customers & OEMs. Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Parts Interpreter or Mechanic to join their friendly team in Minchinbury.
Key Responsibilities
* Interpret parts for internal requirements and customer network via email and over the phone for large range of products and brands.
* Accurately solve customer enquiries and requirements in a timely manner.
* Conduct order processing, procurement, receipting and invoicing tasks as required.
* Work in collaboration with staff to provide spare parts support where needed.
* Effectively utilise the spare parts and other associated electronic software and tools.
* Train internal and external users of spare parts and other associated electronic software and tools.
* Grow and promote aftersales and service business for EIP Power Solutions.
* Courteous manner & prompt answering of phones.
* Assist in warehouse and other tasks as required.
* After-hours service for spare parts.
About You
* Minimum 2 years automotive spare parts experience or relevant mechanical qualification
* Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional phone manner
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)
* Highly organised, meticulous, and able to work both independently and in a team
* Willingness to continuously learn and stay up to date with product knowledge
