Salary: $54,759 - $61,559 pa plus 11.5% super

**About the role**
This is a permanent full time position working 38 hours per week (7:00am-4:00pm) with a 9 day fortnight at the the Ulladulla Works Depot.
**Duties**
Reporting directly to the Team Supervisor - Southern Maintenance, the focus of this position is to:
- Undertake manual tasks using hand tools, including the operation of small plant items, for the minor construction and/or maintenance of assets as directed.
- Assist in Council responses to emergencies and other operational needs, including being available for 'call back'.
- Projects and asset types may include, but is not limited to, roads and road related infrastructure, drainage, kerb & gutter, bus shelters, footpaths / cycleways / walking tracks, parking areas, traffic facilities, bridges, boat ramps, fences, recreational facilities, seawalls, viewing platforms, parks & reserves and flood mitigation assets, etc.
**Skills & Experience**
In order to be successful in the position, you will have:
- School Certificate or equivalent
- Experience in civil construction and/or maintenance activities
- NSW Class C Driver's Licence or equivalent licence valid in NSW
- Current NSW General Construction Induction card (white card) or acceptable interstate alternative
