The Role
We are currently seeking reliable and experienced support workers to support participants within SIL homes.
This role requires confidence working within structured environments, following care plans, and delivering consistent, person-centred support.
Support Responsibilities May Include:
* Personal care and daily living supports
* Supporting routines within SIL homes
* Community access and social support
* Emotional and behavioural support
* Following support plans and maintaining accurate documentation
* Supporting participants to build capacity and achieve their goals

We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 2–3 years experience in disability support
* Experience within SIL environments highly regarded
* Reliable, consistent and professional
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* Ability to work within structured support models (1:1, 1:2, 1:3)
* Flexibility across a range of shifts including weekends and sleepovers
Essential Requirements:
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children Check (where applicable)
* National Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
* Current First Aid & CPR
* Valid driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle
