About the opportunity
As a customer service coordinator with our client, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer journey. You will handle enquiries, qualify needs, prepare estimates, create work orders and schedule mobile and production work. You will maintain records across portals, shared inboxes and job management tools.
In this role, you will:
* Respond to phone, email and portal enquiries
* Qualify requirements and provide estimates or quotes
* Create job requests and work orders with accurate detail
* Allocate reactive and planned work to field technicians
* Maintain CRM/ERP, portals and reports to current and accurate standards
About you
You have experience in customer service, scheduling or sales support in a busy environment. You will be familiar with CRM/ERP or job management and scheduling tools and have the ability to triage enquiries and allocate quotes and jobs.
