Customer Service & Sales Consultant
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service & Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service by helping customers find the right products and services to meet their needs.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest gadgets and services to provide informed guidance and solutions to customers.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets by using consultative selling skills and meeting KPIs.

Benefits:
* Annual fixed remuneration: $64,915.20 per year (Junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age).
* Additional 25% for weekday hours worked after 6PM, 25% for hours worked on Saturday, 100% for hours worked on Sunday and 150% for hours worked on public holidays. 12% superannuation included.
