**Overview**
**Key responsibilities**:
- Handle and manage any problems that occur and liaise with AP21 help desktop for timely resolutions.
- Support our physical Retail stores in the use of POS software.
- Review user security and work group maintenance align with job roles / tasks
- Managing the data exchange between the ERP and relevant third-party platforms.
- Documentation of: business processes and user manuals, communication pertaining to a client's issue and its resolution, and document upgrades and enhancements for various sections of the ERP system.
- Manage training programs
- Document upgrades and enhancements for various sections of the ERP system
- Defines and creates test plans, test scripts, and test procedures based on requirements.
- Conduct issue testing, and replicate issues in a test environment.
- SQL statement writing where suitable/necessary for data extraction
- Create user defined requirements using Crystal reports
**Required skills and experience**:
- tertiary qualifications in Information Technology / Systems
- at least 2 years' experience in an ERP support environment (ideally Apparel21. Others such as Pronto, SAP, Seams Systems will also be considered)
- solid understanding of end-to-end business processes
- o Product/BOM maintenance
- o Purchasing and Production
- o GL, AR, AP, banking
- Intermediate knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft products (including Windows and Office)
