The forklift driver/production operator is a casual position with full-time hours based at CSR Gyprock's Yarraville site, reporting to the area manager. The role involves supporting warehouse and store operations, including loading and unloading products, stock put-away, and order preparation for distribution. Operators must safely and efficiently operate a forklift and assist with manual handling tasks when required. The role requires strong teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Employees are expected to maintain a high safety standards, contribute to an innovative workplace culture, and support operational excellence.
Forklift Operator Role: Hours on offer are 6am - 2pm (day shift) or 12pm - 8pm (afternoon shift)
Production Role: 2 hours day and night shift (6am - 6pm) (6pm - 6am). The Production team are currently working 4-5 days per week rather than rotating.
