Working with the Manager and other members of our group to:
• Assist with and maintain information systems and databases (such as MyDAS2 and the department's record management system), ensuring compliance with administrative and audit processes.
• Support Town Planners to assess development applications, handle correspondence, and process planning scheme amendments in line with office procedures and guidelines.
• Provide administrative support to prepare briefing documents, reports and correspondence, ensuring they meet required stylistic expectations and required deadlines.
• Undertake reception services, including answering phone calls and emails, and act as the first point of contact to members of the public, offering helpful advice or directing enquiries to the right team member.
• Provide administrative support for events, workshops, and meetings, including taking minutes and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Provide general business support to the office, such as daily reporting, processing payments, filing and recordkeeping.
