Administration Officer - Safeguards Acute Child & Adolescent Mental Response Team. Mental Health - Dubbo.
About the role
The Administration Officer for the Safeguards Team will need to be flexible and provide administrative support to the team as well as the Infant Child Youth & Family (ICYF) team when required.
The Safeguards staff provide mental health support for children and adolescents (0-17 years) in acute mental health distress, as well as their carers. This role provides administration and clerical support to the manager and team, to facilitate smooth operation of the service across the WNSWLHD.
Responsibilities
* Complete a range of operational, clerical and administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the service, including such activities as record keeping, data management, program reports, booking services/appointments, managing postal and other correspondence, general filing/typing/copying, deliveries/pickups from other areas and purchasing/stores management.
