Trainee Mobile Phone Repair Technician (No Experience Needed - Training Provided)

The Role
We're looking for a long-term, part-time team member to join us as a Trainee Mobile Phone Repair Technician. No experience is required – just a robust work ethic, willingness to learn, and good hands-on skills. You'll receive full training and, over time, develop the ability to repair:
* Mobile phones
* Tablets & iPads
* Gaming consoles
* Laptops
You'll also be trained in front-of-house duties, including:
* Retail customer service
* Booking in jobs & quoting repairs
* Accessory sales
* Basic diagnostics & troubleshooting
* Understanding different devices and models
What We're Looking For
* Someone good with their hands – able to work with small tools and tiny screws
* Eager to learn and willing to put in their own time to study and practice
* Reliable, honest, and looking for long-term work (this is not a temporary or stopgap job)
* Can work part-time on a regular roster – ideal for students or anyone seeking stable work
