Due to expediential growth, they are looking to welcome a motivated, experienced and 'hands on' Human Resource Officer based in their head office on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
**Your new role**
Reporting directly through to the Head of Human Resources, this role will see have broad involvement with recruitment and Human Resource strategies. You will take responsibility for managing the end-to-end recruitment journey including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of talent, providing HR advice to leaders, interpret enterprise agreements, awards and conditions of employment and ensure policies and procedures are up to date.
