**BGIS **is experiencing strong company growth and requires an **Administration Assistant **to join our existing team.

**The Role**

This a fantastic chance to use your customer service, administration and finance skills in an amazing opportunity to 'step up' your career with a leading local hospital.

We are seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to provide administrative support & assist with the day-to-day functions within the business's main office.

This role is open to working mums, someone willing to learn or want to get into more of a support role instead of a frontline role.

You will work on-site alongside the existing manager for training and reporting.

Location**:Traralgon **, VIC. Latrobe Regional Hospital.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administration such as filling, photocopying, managing incoming calls and queries and preparation of correspondence
- Assisting with the preparation and coordination of contract documentation such as manuals, plans, reporting, and meeting minutes as required
- Assisting the BGIS team with contractor management
- Processing of incoming invoices.

**Requirement**:

- Strong willingness to learn
- Current Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated ability in providing written reports.
- Essential current knowledge in computer software Word, Excel, Outlook (or related program) and Internet access.
