Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver training and assessments for safe, efficient underground service installation, maintenance, and repair in line with plans and safe working procedures.
* Guide crews on service installation, task sequencing, quality, and safe work practices.
* Provide practical training in ventilation, dewatering, pumping, and other infrastructure systems.
* Identify hazards and improvement opportunities, promoting a strong safety culture.
* Collaborate with supervisors to maintain accurate and compliant training materials and records.
* Support training and operational needs across NSMS sites with flexible rosters.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Current “C” Class Western Australian Drivers Licence.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in underground service crew roles
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment - TAE40122 or equivalent (preferred, but not essential)
* Experience in safe and efficient underground service installations
* Experience with ventilation, dewatering, pumping, and infrastructure installation
* Experienced in safely hanging and removing secondary ventilation fans.
* Paste fill installation experience an advantage
* Good communication and coaching skills
