About the Role
This is no ordinary telemarketing role – and there's no cold calling. You'll be working exclusively with warm inbound enquiries, existing customers, and people who have specifically asked to be contacted. Your mission? To set high-quality appointments for our expert in-home Smart Energy Consultants, who help families and businesses embrace solar power, battery storage, and energy-efficient solutions.
You'll be supported with ongoing training, clear KPIs, and all the tools you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with warm leads via phone and digital channels
* Set appointments for our field team with home and business owners
* Update and manage customer records using our CRM system
* Handle inbound service and product enquiries professionally and efficiently
* Assist with administrative tasks as required to support the sales team
* Work closely with a dynamic team committed to energy efficiency and customer satisfaction
About You
We're seeking a confident and enthusiastic phone professional who loves engaging with people and thrives in a results-driven environment. You'll bring:
* A friendly, professional phone manner with clear and fluent English
* Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or call centre support
* Strong computer and CRM skills
* Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
* A positive, can-do attitude and a drive to meet (and exceed) targets
