Be part of our expanding clinical workforce delivering high quality inhome care. This is a permanent full-time role with Monday to Friday hours. Salary: $56.76 - $58.31 per hour + NFP salary packaging benefits + extensive range of staff discounts. Other benefits include relocation up to $5k, a $2k sign-on bonus, retention bonuses up to $5k over 12 months, and rural and remote allowances (eligibility criteria applies).

You will be part of the clinical nursing team within our neighbourhood structure, focusing on providing nursing care and leadership, supporting and guiding other care staff to promote quality of life and help individuals maintain independence and remain at home in the community.
Your part in our Clinical Team
As our Clinical Nurse, you will be allocated a client portfolio and have the opportunity to lead and inspire the frontline clinical team through guidance and mentorship. The role will involve effective decision making and applying clinical experience to provide exceptional care and address clinical nursing issues and concerns.
With Our Clients’ Wellbeing Always In Mind, you’ll Review Client Care and Care Plans Promoting Independence & Quality Of Life, making a real difference to the quality of care we deliver. This includes:
- Development, implementation, monitoring and review of care plans
- Comprehensive and accurate assessment of residents
- Assisting with the orientation of current staff and ongoing professional development
- Support in ensuring the service meets all accreditation standards
What Makes a Difference For Us
You will be an experienced clinician with considerable experience in acute or aged care. You’ll advocate for person-centred care, lead by example through exceptional communication and customer service. You’ll present with:
- Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA registration
- Extensive general nursing experience and demonstrated skills reflective of clinical experience
- Ability to liaise with the care team and provide coordinated care
- Confidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team with ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship to other team members
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in community funding is highly desirable
