Receptionist / Admin Assistant – Join Adelaide’s Leading Digital Marketing Team
As the first point of contact for our North Adelaide office, you’ll bring warmth, confidence, and outstanding communication to support our team and keep the office running smoothly. You’ll work alongside a motivated group of professionals across Web Design, SEO, Google Ads, Copywriting, and Virtual Assistants.
Australian citizenship is required for this position.

What You'll Do
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, welcoming presence
- Answer, route, and track incoming calls and emails
- Support team scheduling, diary coordination, and meeting room bookings
- Work closely with our specialist departments to provide helpful admin support
- Assist with day‑to‑day organisation to keep the office running smoothly
- Be the person everyone trusts for reliability, organisation, and great communication
Who You Are
- Friendly, polished, and confident when speaking with people
- Highly organised and punctual, with a positive “can‑do” attitude
- Strong communicator – both in writing and over the phone
- Comfortable with computers, typing, and learning new systems
- Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute required
- Enjoys a fast‑paced team environment with lots of variety
- Takes initiative and loves contributing to a supportive, collaborative culture
