The Position
* Preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and basic food preparation
* Being Hands on alongside Catering Assistants with duties sych as clearing tables, serving drinks, washing dishes and assisting in the kitchen
* Guide and lead the team throughout their shift
* Assisting the Lounge Manager with day-to-day operations
* Maintain focus on providing excellent guest experience at all times
* Lead, mentor and train the food & beverage team
The Person
* A current RSA
* Willingness to obtain Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV)/Approved Manager certification
* Experience with Food & Beverage
* Own reliable transport is preferred
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
* Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
* Safety mindset
* Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
* Contribute to the team with strong communication skills, high energy and a goal oriented focus
