Role Overview
As a Site Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to project managers and supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate site personnel mobilisation, access, transport, flights, and accommodation
* Coordinate inductions and training programs
* Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to ensure alignment of administrative processes
* Organise workflow to ensure team duties or delegated tasks are completed in a timely manner
* Support project managers and supervisors with rosters, liaising with crew members
* Ensure compliance with internal reporting requirements, including HSE, payroll, and financial management
* Liaise with recruitment regarding site mobilisations and ensure procedural compliance
* Supervise attendance, leave requests, and timesheets, assisting with payroll queries as required
* Coordinate the management, assignment, and assistance for the site business support function
Requirements include previous experience in a similar position, preferably in mining and/or construction. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
