Operations Assistant - Just About Cleaning

We work closely with our clients on recruitment, operations, and workforce management, and we are engaged to recruit this role on behalf of our client, Just About Cleaning.
Just About Cleaning is a growing commercial cleaning business focused on delivering reliable, high quality services and building strong, long term client relationships. The business operates with a practical, hands on approach and places a strong emphasis on accountability, consistency, and service standards.
This role is remote based but requires regular travel to client sites. It is a hands on operations role with direct responsibility for people, quality, and client outcomes.
Key responsibilities
• Coordinate day to day operations for team members and contractors
• Manage scheduling, communication, and operational administration
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and manage operational queries
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure company standards are consistently met
• Identify operational issues and implement practical improvements
• Work closely with the Operations Coordinator, Directors, and business support team
• Contribute to operational efficiency and business growth initiatives
About you
• Experience in operations, coordination, or site based roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organised, decisive, and comfortable taking ownership
• Able to work remotely while remaining highly present in the field
• Confident managing contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders

• Willingness and ability to regularly travel to sites
