About the Role
We are seeking skilled and motivated Scrub Scout Nurse with Orthopaedic experience to join a busy and high-performing theatre team. You will play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality patient care across a range of orthopaedic procedures.
This position is full-time and permanent, offering long-term career growth within a professional and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality scrub/scout nursing care across orthopaedic lists
* Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control standards
* Work collaboratively with surgeons, anaesthetists and theatre staff
* Ensure accurate instrument and equipment handling
* Deliver patient-centred care in accordance with clinical standards
Essential Criteria
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Demonstrated experience as a Scrub Scout Nurse
* Proven orthopaedic theatre experience (essential)
* Full working rights in Australia
* Current National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
* Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills
