Job Title
We are seeking a talented Hospitality Service Officer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a real difference in the lives of others.
This role will involve working across three departments – catering, cleaning and laundry – providing support with food preparation, housekeeping, and laundry services. You will have the opportunity to work flexible shifts, including casual and permanent opportunities, to suit your lifestyle.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent customer service to residents and colleagues
* Assist with food preparation and servery of meals
* Conduct thorough housekeeping of rooms and common areas
* Launder clothing, linen, and other washing
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also be physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, such as lifting and bending.
