* Designing advice strategies and preparing documentation including Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs)
* Conducting financial modelling and product research across retirement, superannuation, investments, life insurance, and estate planning
* Serving as a key coordination point between clients, advisers, and associates — delivering high-quality service and relationship management
* Overseeing documentation and compliance processes to support regulatory requirements and quality assurance
* Contributing to a self-directed improvement project — each team member chooses an area of interest and works to deliver a meaningful outcome over time
* General office duties and ad hoc business or client projects as required
About You
We're looking for someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about helping clients succeed. You will bring:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail with an organised and methodical approach to work
* Ability to work to tight deadlines while strictly adhering to compliance requirements
* A strategic mindset with solid problem-solving ability and initiative
* Outstanding computer skills; experience with Xplan or Plutosoft preferred
* A mature, autonomous working style that also thrives in a collaborative team environment
* A genuine drive to build a long-term career in financial planning
Experience & Qualifications
We are primarily seeking an experienced candidate with a minimum of 4 years in a paraplanning or financial planning support role, who wants to establish themselves as a valued long-term member of our team.
We are also open to motivated candidates who are building toward an advice role, provided they can demonstrate strong foundational skills and a clear commitment to the profession, or highly skilled Client Service Managers looking for more variety and growth opportunities into advice creation.
A relevant Commerce, Finance, or Economics degree and RG146 accreditation are advantageous but not mandatory — the right attitude and demonstrated experience matter most.
