Infrastructure Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infrastructure Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring business infrastructure and systems, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining and troubleshooting technology implementations, service requests, and incident response and rectification.
* Providing exceptional customer service and support, with a strong focus on communication and interpersonal skills.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and drive process improvements.
* Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, and applying that knowledge to improve our infrastructure and services.
Requirements:
* Detailed understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL v4 practices.
* Experience with Windows Server, Desktop OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Azure, Intune, VMware vSphere, and SAN technologies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Relevant domain experience in system engineering, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
