We're looking for passionate Diploma & Cert III Educators to be part of our growing, vibrant team. At Little Grommets, you'll work in a unique, heritage-listed environment where every day is full of learning, laughter, and discovery.
What We're Looking For:
* Diploma or Cert III in Childcare (ACECQA recognised)
* First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates and Working With Children Card
* Proven early childhood experience
* Strong knowledge of the NQF, NQS & EYLF
* Exceptional ability to build positive relationships with children, families & colleagues
Role Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver a play-based educational program that supports each child's holistic development
* Communicate effectively with children, families, educators, and the community
* Collaborate with the team to implement curriculum, reflect critically, and support professional growth
* Maintain accurate records of children's development and daily programs
