Job Title: Kitchen Hand
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to assist in the preparation and cooking of food, maintain a clean and organised kitchen, and ensure all health and safety standards are met.
This role is located in the vibrant Melbourne Quarter precinct in Docklands.
Working hours are between 7 AM – 3 PM Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Assisting in the preparation and cooking of food
* Cleaning and sanitising kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
* Receiving and storing food supplies
* Following all health and safety standards and procedures
* Performing other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in a kitchen environment, preferably with Vietnamese cuisine
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail, quality, and organisational skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
