* Capture and translate business and user requirements into actionable stories for development teams, ensuring solutions meet expectations.
* Represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.
* Work with the platform team to develop release estimates.
* Support the testing effort.
* Drive adoption among stakeholders.
* Define processes across Customer/IT/Employee workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Capturing business and user requirements as stories for agile teams.
2. Ensuring requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification.
3. Managing stakeholder relationships across the project lifecycle—identifying, prioritizing, modeling, and documenting business, process, and data requirements.
4. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
5. Minimum 3 years of experience in process design across ITSM or Customer Service Management/Field Service Management/HR Service Delivery.
