Responsibilities
* IMACD Support (Install, Move, Add, Change, Deinstall): Install or uninstall IT equipment and software; connect devices to the local network; perform basic tests; move equipment within the site; disconnect/reconnect peripherals and cables; modify hardware or software as required; perform post-change testing.
* Break-Fix Support: Diagnose and resolve issues with user devices and equipment; handle incidents such as system breakdowns and performance issues; restore normal functioning of equipment for authorized users.
* Audio Video Support – Teams Meeting Rooms: Provide basic support for Microsoft Teams meeting room systems; check audio, video, screen sharing, and cable connections; support meeting room devices from brands like Lenovo, Logitech, and Crestron; perform weekly health checks and preventive maintenance; troubleshoot with technical teams and resolve issues; visit remote sites as required.
* On-Site Support: Visit sites to diagnose and resolve technical problems; perform client break-fix support and issue analysis; ensure all equipment and meeting room systems are functioning properly.
Required Skills / Qualifications
* Good knowledge of End User Computing (EUC) support.
* Basic understanding of Audio Video devices and Teams Meeting Room systems.
* Basic networking knowledge.
* Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
