The Job
You'll keep a gold processing plant running at its best. That means making sure gold recovery, throughput and resources stay on track. Procedures will guide you, but you'll still rely on your own judgment and initiative.
You'll work closely with metallurgical and maintenance teams, ensuring safety, performance and technical challenges are handled. You'll keep a close eye on performance through sampling, analysis, inspections, and log keeping. When equipment doesn't perform as it should, you'll spot it, report it, and roll up your sleeves to fix it.
It's physically demanding work that requires attention to detail, but it rewards you with running a plant, solving problems that matter, and playing a direct role in producing something valuable.
About You
Proven experience in a highly autonomous mineral processing plant and in gold processing.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Current WA C Class Driver's License.
Ability to work outdoors in tough conditions and handle the physical demands of the job.
Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication.
Experience with Microsoft Office and SCADA is a bonus.
