The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior leaders in large, matrixed environments and possess excellent organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical part in providing high-level executive and administrative support, balancing competing priorities, coordinating deliverables, and enabling our senior leaders to operate strategically and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver proactive and strategic executive support to senior leaders.
* Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
* Triage and manage inbox communications, drafting high-quality responses and ensuring timely action on key items.
* Coordinate briefing packs, reports, and presentations for leadership and governance forums.
* Act as a conduit between senior leaders and stakeholders, building trusted relationships and upholding confidentiality and professionalism.
* Support internal communications and team engagement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders in large, matrixed environments.
* Strong ability to manage ambiguity and navigate competing demands.
* Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using MS Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
