Key Responsibilities
* Work sensitively and respectfully with clients to address safety and wellbeing concerns
* Collaborate with other agencies to provide support and assistance to clients
* Develop and implement safety plans and risk assessments
* Manage complex cases and situations, including high-needs and high-risk clients
* Participate in court processes, including preparing documents and attending court
Requirements
* Relevant diploma or degree qualification (or at least 2 years' experience working with vulnerable children, young people and their families)
* Ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively
* Valid driver's license and paid working with children clearance number
* Documented verification of Aboriginality
