SOLUTION ARCHITECT
1–2 Month Contract | Sydney-Based (Hybrid or Remote) | Immediate Start
* Help a leading real estate brand prepare for a major site rebuild
* Contract: Initial 4–8 weeks with potential for extension
* Daily rate contract up to $1000 + GST (Depending on Experience)
* Flexible location – hybrid or fully remote

WHO ARE WE?
We are a well-regarded digital partner to leading real estate groups, with decades of experience supporting high-traffic websites, CRM systems, and cloud infrastructure. This particular project supports one of the most recognised real estate brands in the country, as they prepare to rebuild and relaunch their public-facing platform.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a Contract Solution Architect, you'll work closely with stakeholders and external vendors to assess the current infrastructure and recommend improvements and design across their ecosystem, real estate CRM, listing portals, and AWS-hosted environment.
You'll be the person who can look at the big picture and spot where things are falling over.
* Assess the current WordPress website, infrastructure, and AWS architecture
* Map out integrations with the CRM (Box+Dice), property listings, and internal tools
* Identify issues like syncing failures, missing content, or data inconsistencies
* Collaborate with technical vendors and internal teams to align on the best approach
* Recommend short-term and long-term improvements that support a clean, stable rebuild
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE...
* Demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Consultant
* Deep understanding of Infrastructure, plugin architecture, and integration pathways
* Exposure to real estate CRMs such as Box+Dice, Agentbox, Rex, or similar
* Hands-on knowledge of AWS hosting and deployment practices
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — able to translate tech issues clearly and confidently
* Bonus: experience with property feed integrations (REA, Domain, etc.)
