A leading national organisation is seeking a skilled Training Content Developer to enhance workforce capability through engaging, modern learning content.
About The Role
This hands-on position involves collaborating with internal subject matter experts to design, update and deliver cutting-edge training materials.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop new learning materials from the ground up, built for practical use across field and technical roles.
* Revise and enhance existing training programs, aligning with current templates, industry standards and best practices.
* Work closely with SMEs to translate technical knowledge into engaging, learner-friendly formats.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in instructional design, training development or L&D content creation.
* A creative and practical mindset – with the ability to turn technical content into clear, engaging learning experiences.
* A solid understanding of technical and safety requirements in these sectors will be highly regarded - previous experience in heavy transport, aviation or rail industries.
* RTO experience desirable / Cert IV Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
